区域协调发展视角下的安徽省城市群发展模式与机制研究

【摘 要】安徽省城市群的建设与发展，对于全省的城镇化进程和经济社会发展，具有十分重要的现实意义。基于对安徽省城市群建设研究成果的回顾，依据经济发展阶段理论和区域发展梯度理论，借鉴国内外城市群发展的经验，提出安徽省城市群发展应采用“雁型”模式，在此基础上，设计了安徽省城市群区域协调发展的机制框架，并从社会、经济、资源、人口和环境层面，提出了安徽省城市群区域协调发展的具体措施。%The construction and development of urban agglomeration in Anhui province has the extremely important practical sig-nificance to the process of urbanization and the development of economic society in the province. Based on the achievements of urban agglomeration construction in Anhui Province, underly the economic development stage theory and the regional development gradient theory;drawing lessons from the urban agglomeration development experiences at home and abroad, the article puts forward an idea that urban agglomeration development in Anhui province should adopt the“goose” model. On this basis, the article has designed the frame-work of regional coordinated development of urban agglomeration in Anhui Province. And from the perspectives of society, economics, resource, population and environment, it designs some concrete measures for the


regional coordinated development of urban agglomera-tion in Anhui Province.
