I agree with Thomas Beatie. I think he has his right to have a biological child through he is a transgender man.

Maybe he has met a lot of problem such as legal, political, and social. Maybe some people can’t understand why he wants to become a man and why he also wants to be a pregnant man. But before he changed his sex, he was a woman. Women want to have babies is their nature. What’s more, Thomas is both man and woman. As Thomas said to have a biological child was a human desire.

Lesbian is common in many countries. Most of their babies are artificial insemination . Thomas kept his reproductive rights, he can have his babies by artificial insemination. It’s not surprising that lesbian have artificial insemination, why not a transgender man.

Thomas’ wife had had a hysterectomy 20 years ago, she couldn’t give birth. But they wanted to have a biological child. So what they can do is only to carry a child by Thomas. Through we have never heard a pregnant man, but after the development in society, I believe there will be more and more cases.

Thomas became the first pregnant man in the world. He will face a lot of social problems and many people’s discrimination and don’t understand.


But Thomas has enough courage to face these problems with the support of his wife. And their child will grow up in happiness.
