基于钻石模型的长沙红色旅游竞争力分析







长沙的红色旅游具有明显的政府主导型特点,但随着中国经济市场化,也

在逐渐形成自己的产业链。为了形成对长沙红色旅游产业的深刻认识,以及对其未来发展趋势的宏观把握,本论文采用国外先进的国家竞争力理论——波特钻石模型,对影响长沙红色旅游的六个重要因素,以逻辑分析为主结合相关数据和具体事例的论证方法进行竞争力分析。通过对长沙市红色旅游竞争力分析,发现目前主要有三个重要环节制约了长沙市红色旅游的竞争力,它们分别是红色旅游资源开发与利用问题,红色旅游产业集群整体优化问题,以及红色旅游品牌营销市场开发问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了进一步提升长沙市红色旅游竞争力的策略:第一,明确战略定位,实现充分竞争;第二,红色旅游产业结构优化与升级;第三,培养红色旅游核心竞争力。

Abstract



Changshas red tourism has the obvious characteristics of government’s leading , but along with Chinese economic marketization , also forming their own industrial chain gradually . In order to forming the profound understanding about Changshas red tourism industry , and the macroscopical grasp about its future development , this paper take the foreign advanced theory about national competitiveness-----porters diamond model , to the important factors about Changshas red tourism , with logical analysis is given priority to with relevant data and specific case reasoning methods are competitive analysis . Through the analysis of Changshas red tourism competitiveness . There are three important link that restricting the competitiveness of Changshas red tourism , they are the problem about the development and use of red tourism resources , and the problem about red tourism industry cluster whole optimization , last but not least , the problem about red tourism brand marketing and market development . In order to solve these problems , this paper put forward some solutions to develop the Changshas red tourism competitiveness : Fristly , making a clear strategic positioning and realizing full competition ; Secondly , improving the structure of red tourism industry upgrading its ; Thirdly, developing the core competitiveness of red tourism.
