摘要：团建工作是高校思想政治工作的重点之一。本文着重以中国共产主义青年团河南财经学院成功学院共同学科部总支部为依托来探讨高校团建工作，共分八个部分。第一部分说明团建对党建的作用，第二部分介绍团的成立，第三部分讲述团的制度形成，第四部分介绍团的活动，第五部分讲团的指导思想，第六部分探讨团的发展，第七部分进行团建的经验总结，第八部分谈团建工作的新思考。 关键词：团建；发展；总结；思考

在《中国共产党章程》第十X大学生怎样管理。随着大学入学条件的放宽和一部分地区入学年龄的限制以及复读生复读年龄增加等问题，大学生因超龄而退团的团员的队伍不断壮大，如何使用权这部分老团员有效地接受团内，党内先进思想教育以及提供入党机会都有待我们思考。
