【摘 要】The city right which is proposed by Lefebvre and carries on the contemporary explanation by Harvey is the important philosophy category which reflects the problem of the global urbanization.In the opinion of the Marx doctrine,the city is a right of resistance to control the process of capitalist City collective rights.In the context of China,the city right is the focus of the current problems of urbanization,which includes the right to enter the city and high quality of life in the city.At the same time,urban rights mean the coordinated development between urban and rural areas and between cities.And to ensure that all levels of urban rights,it must be to achieve spatial justice and shared development as the goal and direction of China's new urbanization practice.%由列斐伏尔提出并经哈维进行当代阐释的城市权利是反思全球城市化问题的重要哲学范畴.在马克思主义看来,城市权利是一种抵抗资本主义以控制城市化进程的集体权利.在中国语境中,城市权利是当前城镇化问题的集中概括,这包括进入城市的权利和高品质生活在城市的权利.同时,城市权利意味着城乡之间和城市之间的协调发展.而要切实保证各个层面的城市权利,必须将实现空间正义与共享发展作为中国新型城镇化实践的目标和方向. 【总页数】3页(P237-239) 【作 者】姚新立
