【摘 要】城市的高速发展，大量的务工人群流入城市，流动儿童就成为中国经济社会转型过程中出现的一种特殊现象，流动儿童的问题不仅是教育，更多的是社会问题。现国家开始关注流动儿童，但流动儿童阅读推广工作没有系统的理论，成熟的模式，专门的机构。公共图书馆是为全民提供精神食粮的公益性机构，每位公民都享有使用公共图书馆资源的权利，针对流动儿童这一特殊群体开展阅读推广工作填补这一社会空缺责无旁贷。%The rapid development of modern city, a large number of migrant workers population into the city, in the process of the floating children will become China’s economic and social transformation of a special phenomenon, not only is the problem of migrant children education, is more of a social problem. Now countries begin to pay close attention to migrant children, but there is no system of floating children reading promotion theory, mature mode, the specialized agencies. Public library is the public welfare institutions provide spiritual food for the whole people, every citizen shall have the right to use public library resources, this special group for lfoating children reading promotion work to ifl the vacancy of social responsibility. 【总页数】3页(P24-25,26) 【作 者】周琦
