【摘 要】建立中药复方保健品中红景天苷的含量测定方法.采用高效液相色谱法测定, 色谱柱为Welchrom C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm), 以甲醇-0.1％甲酸溶液 (24∶76) 为流动相, 流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长为275 nm.结果表明, 红景天苷在10.08～504μg/mL范围内线性关系良好, R2=0.9994, 平均回收率为97.7％ (RSD=1.2％) .本方法操作简便, 准确可靠, 可用于中药复方保健品中红景天苷的含量测定.%To establish a methods for determination content of salidroside in Chinese medicinal compound health product.The determination was performed by high performance liquid chromatography on a Welchrom C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was composed of

methanol-water containing 0.1％ formic acid (24∶76).The flow rate was set at 1.0 ml/min and UV absorbance was detected at 275 nm.The calibration curves of salidroside were in the range of 10.08～504 μg/mL with good linearity (R2=0.9994).The average recovery was 97.7％ (RSD=1.2％).The method is a simple, feasible, and accurate approach for the determination of salidroside in Chinese medicinal compound health product. 【总页数】2页(P94-95) 【作 者】杜殷豪
