大学生人际交往与发展关系探析--以怀化学院为例

【摘 要】利用多元回归分析方法，对大学生人际交往（包括师生交往，同学交往）情况进行调查研究表明：大学生的性别、年龄、成绩以及学生父母受教育程度对大学生人际交往有重要影响；人际交往对大学生发展有积极的促进作用。由于种种原因，大学师生之间交往频率不高，同学之间的交往深度不够，在有限的人际交往过程中，男女大学生所获得的成就存在着一定程度的差异。%An empirical research on issues relating to students’communication with teachers and classmates in college was done based on a multiple linear regression analysis of investigation data. The study reveals that the interac-tions were influenced by age, gender, score, and parental education degree of college students, and at the same time the communication promoted the growth of college students. However, a rather low frequency of communication is maintained between college teachers and students, as well as a very shallow depth of communication is maintained a-mong students for some reasons.
