英语阅读课课堂用语梳理

阅读课在小学英语高段可能会出现,在中学阶段则是十分常见的课型。阅读课的教学主要涉及到对文章内容的理解,阅读技巧和方法的掌握。这就要求教师在这些操练环节能够做到方法得当,衔接自然。然而不少教师在处理课堂用语这一块存在在很大不足,不知如果地道表达出游戏等环节的描述。接下来,笔者对阅读课教师课堂用语进行归纳。 1. Guessing the Story 适用学段:小学高年级,中学 教授内容:阅读Pre-reading部分 训练学生:通过猜问题有目的的去读文章 课堂用语:
T: You need a piece of paper. Alright, and don’t read…Still, your book is closed. OK? I want you to guess. What do you think? What’s your guess? What are Zhu Hui’s sister and mother doing? Alright? So, you’ll write: Zhu Hui’s sister and mother are…What do you think? What are Zhu Hui’s younger brother and father doing? They’re… Zhu Hui’s older brother… What do you think he’s doing? And what is Zhu Hui doing? So you will write. You can follow just like this. Work with a partner, and try to guess. What are they doing? Alright? Go ahead. (Students write their guesses of the story 2-3 minutes)
T: Alright, I want to hear some people’s guesses. Can I hear someone’s? Yea, stand up. …
T: OK, that’s a good guess. …
T: You guys are excellent. Very good. Alright, so now, open your book, to page 35. Now, we’re going to read carefully and check and see, were we right? Were our guesses right?

T: Alright, are you ready to read about Jane’s vacation? OK. So, we’re going to learn about her vacation. But, we’re going to do it in a special way. So, we have two days. One of them is Monday. This is what she wrote she did on Monday. And this is what she did on Tuesday. So, listen very carefully. You guys, on the front, You’re going to be student A. You will read Monday. Just read Monday.
