Students can make different forms with different instructions. .Emotional objectives:

1. Students will be methodical in speaking. 2. Students will be willing to help others. Key and difficult points:

Key point: How to understand the listening material.

Difficult point: How to improve student’s speaking capacity and try to use it.

Teaching procedures: Step 1 : Warming-up1min 1. Greeting

2. Teaching will show learned words on the PowerPoint and students read the word loudly, such as orchestra, instructions.

3. Teacher will show videos related to the topic and then ask the students to discuss it.

Step 2 : Pre-speaking2min

Students read the passage first. They need to understand the topic of


the passage as quickly as they can.

Ask the students to need the passage again to find the characteristics of the instructions. Give some similar examples to reinforce the student’s understanding, such as “If you want to start cleaning the room, press the triangle button.” Step 3: While-speaking

Let the students work in groups of independent is divided into four, respectively play Lingling, Sally, Tony and Danning. Get familiar with the text by practicing dialogues with each other so as to draw inferences from one point to the other, such as “If…, V…”

Teacher will encourage them to say whatever they come up with.

Step 4: Post-speaking

Students will share their instructions in class.

Step 5: Summary and Homework

Summary: Invite two students to summarize what we have learned today, then teacher will supplement what the students have said.

Homework: According to the sentence pattern we learned today, we can make an instruction for ourselves home appliances.
