【摘 要】Big data will play an important role in healthcare by improving quality and efficiency of patient care, establishing efficient treatment guidelines and reducing medical cost. The use of electronic health records enables the application of big data to healthcare amid the development of the internet and computational technology. The use of big data is based on data mining and analytics. Visual analytics tools are being used in western countries for big data processing. These tools are much better than traditional systems and can also reduce the work load of memory, thus facilitating the involvement of big data in healthcare. Precision treatment is based on big data application in patient care, which delivers information to physicians on the genes, environment and lifestyle of an individual patient with the objective to more effectively target their physiological and pharmacological responses to a specific treatment. Many cases of precision treatment are currently seen in cancer treatment.%在健康医疗领域使用大数据,有利于提高对患者治疗的效率和水平,有利于制定更加有效的治疗规范和降低医疗成本,具有广泛的应用前景.电子健康档案信息的使用和共享及计算机和网络技术的发展为大数据在健康医疗领域的使用创造了条件.大数据的使用离不开对数据的挖掘和分析.可视化分析工具是目前西方国家在健康医疗领域
中广泛采用的一种数据挖掘和分析工具,其性能远胜于传统数据处理系统,能够有效处理大数据并减轻使用者的负担,有助于大数据在健康医疗领域中更好地发挥作用.大数据在健康医疗领域的应用为精准医疗提供了条件,这种医疗方式通过大数据对患者的基因、生存环境和生活方式等信息进行分析,并在此基础上确定其生理学和药物学反应,使对患者实施治疗更加具有针对性.目前,精准医疗在肿瘤的预防和治疗中发挥重大作用.
