1教学目标

认读和理解单词和短语golden, pot, real, truth, seem ,solve ,fill, be happy with, fill...with ,run over,根据图片及上下文推测词汇crown ,doubt, less,能初步读懂主篇章内容,了解故事的情节发展.

2学情分析

初三的学生已有了较好的思维能力,所以可以根据图片,上下文推测词句含义等.但是他们的听说能力不是很好.所以在教学过程中多加了听说能力的训练.由于针对升学考试.全面训练是很必要的.

3重点难点

初步了解文章的内容,学会核心词汇.根据图片介绍篇章的大意.猜测crown pot doubt solve fill含义.记忆文章.

通过听其他名人故事的趣事,来导入阿基米德的故事.多听一些智者的小故事.例如,贝尔,爱迪生,居里夫人等等。 2【讲授】Archimedes and the golden crown

通过多媒体的播放,鼓励学生很好的理解阿基米德和金皇冠的故事.讲授重要句型和词汇,通过多媒体的播放,鼓励学生很好的理解阿基米德和金皇冠的故事.讲授重要句型和词汇,be happy with,be made of,be filled with,golden,pot ,doubt,solve the problem,displace==take the place of ,golden==made of gold,通过多次视听练习帮助提高学生的听说能力。并以对话讨论的形式进行消化理解课文。He triked me,did'nt he?简单介绍一下反义疑问句的用法。给出一些练习:She is never late ,isn't she?
