【摘 要】The education for graduate newcomers is an important part of ideological and political work for graduates, which will lay a solid foundation for their future growth and success. This paper points out the existing major problems and introduces“SISU Mode” in education for graduate newcomers. The mode includes both guarantee system and content system, providing an idea for the reform and innovation in education mode for graduate newcomers.%认为研究生新生入学教育是研究生思想政治工作的重要组成部分，能为研究生成长、成才和成功奠定坚实的基础。指出了目前研究生新生入学教育存在的主要问题并介绍了研究生新生入学教育的“川外模式”。该模式包括保障体系和内容体系，为研究生新生入学教育模式的创新和改革提供借鉴思路。 【总页数】4页(P1722-1725) 【作 者】李金树
