【摘 要】危机决策是一种非常规决策，在信息缺失的情况下，决策者在危机管理中遵循社会伦理原则就显得非常的重要。本文探讨了危机管理中应当遵循的伦理原则，即道德控制原则、人本原则、公共利益至上原则和效率优先原则，以真正达到危机管理的社会目的，提高危机管理的水平．%Crisis decision-making is an unconventional decision-making. It is very important that decision-makers in crisis management should follow the principles of social ethics in the situation of information missing. This paper discusses some ethical principles which should be obeyed in crisis management, such as moral-control principle, people-oriented principle, public interest principles and efficiency-priority principle, to achieve the social purpose of crisis management and improve the level of crisis management. 【总页数】4页(P59-61,78) 【作 者】阮光册
