mapping of Heilongjiang province, Harbin, 130021, China) Abstract: This paper introduces the Beijing Tongzhou District in rural collective land ownership in the field investigation process and using the software as the platform, on the city of Beijing Tongzhou District rural collective ownership of land survey data processing, storage, and mapping within the industry process,so as get Tongzhou District all administrative village collective land, use, located, the rights of people and other information, to provide a solid basis for rural collective land certification work. With the rapid development of our social economy, population increases ceaselessly, the contradiction of population and land is increasingly outstanding, land resource is increasingly faced with the greatest degree of effective utilization. But in the vast rural areas of our country, land ownership information management technology is relatively backward, for the future construction of new rural area to stay hidden.Many of the Prior authors focus on the description of cadastral survey work outside the industry process, and no detailed implementation measures and data processing is presented. In this article,it will focus on the introduction of data processing so as to form a detailed land database in industry process.

2.2 cadastral surveying
