The next day I took the books to school. After lunch, I showed the books to my classmates and we read together. We learned a lot from the interesting books. Both reading and sharing made me happy.

Different countries have different teaching aims and teaching ways. It s well-known that Chinese education is


exam-oriented education in the past. Obviously, exam-oriented education has some disadvantages, like the disconnection between theory and practice that renders students with high scores have low abilities. So, our country decide to change exam-oriented education to quality education. Quality education is focus on the development in an all-around way. Under this kind of education system, students will study easier and get improvement for all sides.

不同的国家有不同的教学目标和教学方法。众所周知，过去中国的教育是应试教育。显然，应试教育存在一些弊端，如理论和实际脱节，使学生高分低能。因此，我国决定把应试教育转向素质教育。素质教育是以全面开展为重点。在这样的教育体制下，学生学习将会更轻松，方方面面都会得到提高。

We have to acknowledge the fact that no matter how serious mistakes people make, the first response to criticism is to justify themselves. Praise to the human soul, like sunshine, without it, we cannot grow and blossom. But most of us, we avoid the criticism of others, but we don't give our praise to others. We can use praise instead of criticism, the mistakes of others, perhaps will slowly disappear, because everyone wants to be appreciated and identity, a person's abilities will shrink in the criticism, and under the encouragement.
