The Plan of the Head Teacher

Two years have gone by, and this year is the last term of middle school. I will continue to manage this class. Grade three is the key stage for all junior, so achieving ideal performance is the most important thing. The study atmosphere of class 3 is very stable. Besides, the performance of class 3 is still very excellent .In order that we can achieve more excellent performance, I have made some goals. The goals are as follows.

In the first place, we should pay more attention to five kinds of competition. Generally speaking, competition results is the important aspect of atmosphere construction. In the second place, be strict for class discipline. Bad class discipline directly lead to poor study performance. In the third place, try our best to improve the quality of health. The health including physical health and psychology health. As the proverb says, the health body is the foundation of work and study. Equally important, psychology poses great influence on study performance.
