项工艺规程的初步意见，送交总裁助理批准。

第7条 最终形成的工艺文件必须保证正确、完整、统一、清晰。 第8条 工艺规程必须在投产前送交车间、车间主任，工艺品必须详细复核，发现与实际不符或由于某些条件限制

暂且不能执行的项目，应及时与生产部主管协商解决。

第9条 车间主任复核工艺规程后，应在工艺通知单上签字，并且严格执行该项规程，并及时下达给有关生产人员。 第10条 各车间、各道工序必须严格施行工艺，按工艺要求对产品进行检查，如发现产品不符合工艺要求，应及时

向车间、生产主管反映，检查、分析原因，找出解决问题的办法，并做好记录。

第11条 生产过程中，发现工艺与实物不符必须进行工艺调整时，应及时向生产主管反映，并研究解决方案，而不

能随意更改和调整工艺。

第12条 调整好的工艺须经生产主管签字，总裁助理批准后，才能作为正式生产依据，对旧工艺必须收回存档，并

注明变更原因。

第13条 下达至车间的已经确定的工艺，所有人员必须严格执行。下发的工艺资料，如有损坏和丢失，查明原因后

由生产部工艺室（工艺部）补发，各部门必须有专人对工艺进行妥善保管，不准任意涂改。

第14条 违反工艺进行生产，或随意变更工艺造成责任事故者，应赔偿相应的经济损失。造成严重损失者，报生产

主管和人事部批准，给予必要的纪律处分。

第15条 生产部工艺室（工艺部）将工艺下达后，必须经常检查工艺落实情况，发现问题及时解决，因工艺不妥而

造成大批严重事故者，生产部工艺室（工艺部）应承担事故责任。

第16条 生产部工艺室（工艺部）应不断对车间操作人员进行工作纪律教育，严格按工艺标准监督工艺执行。

第3章 工艺试验备案手续

第17条 工艺试验的申请

由工艺试验提出部门填写“工艺规程”变更试验备案表（一式两份）。一份留底，另一份送交生产部工艺室（工艺部）备案。

第18条 凡是对产品质量或者上下工序质量影响较大的工艺项目的变更，都需要填写申请书，提交生产主管审核，经总裁助理批准后方可变更。

第4章 生产工艺变更审批

第19条 在总裁助理的领导下，生产部工艺室（工艺部）负责全公司工艺文件的编制与管理以及工艺要求的下达，其他任何单位或个人无权下达和变更。

第20条 生产部工艺室（工艺部）负责贯彻工艺和技术服务，业务上受研发部主管的指导。 第21条 未经工艺性审查的产品设计图样，不予编制工艺文件，不能投入生产。

第5章 工艺事故管理

1、 车间或其他部门擅自变更工艺规程，不按工艺规程进行生产。 2、 抄错工艺单、开错通知单者。

3、 工艺未经审定、制定不合理、造成批量损失者。 4、 配错料。

5、 配料单（BOM）开错。

第30条 发生上述各项事故后，由生产技术管理机构及时向个人、车间、部门追究责任并提出改进措施，按情节轻重记事故一次。若本人及所在部门隐瞒由其他部门提出时，应按情节轻重记违反工艺规程一次。

第6章 附则

第30条 本制度由生产部制定，解释权、修改权归生产部所有。 第31条 本制度经总裁助理批准后严格执行。
