Changes in trust relationship between people from internal students to graduates

Trust is one of the most important factors which integrate the society to an organic whole. Trust relationship between people ensures a smooth and favorable human communication. It seems ordinary but essential. Especially along with the arriving of globalization, the increasingly frequent connection and mutual influence bring forward higher requirements in trust relationship. However, reality does not accord with hopes. A great deal of evidence indicates that a shortage of social trust resource has brought about many problems, such as strained interpersonal relationships, confusion of social order and serious losses in efficiency. As shown below, Bai Chunyang(2006), the Doctor of Philosophy in Renmin University of China says:Because of the lack of trust resource, direct or indirect financial ruins in Chinas market raise up to 600 billion yuan a year, equivalent to the 37 percentage of China's fiscal revenue.

There are various reasons which can explain the phenomenon. From the perspective of political and economic environment, the government should undoubtedly take the brunt of the blame for causing social confidence crisis. There is a general consensus that inaction by government is the major cause of social issues. For example, in one of the conclusions of an article published in the March issue of social sciences journal of Shanxi Junior High School,2013, written by Mi Liyan, a teacher in Humanities and Social Sciences of North University of China, it is explicitly stated that the establishment of trust should mainly rely on intermediate system, which is indirect and third-party, to guarantee a wide range of territory and field. Following similar lines, Zhao Chi and Zhang Hao(2013), both associate professor and Doctor of Law in college of law of Guilin University of Electronic Technology points out, government made a huge and fruitful renovation on the fields of politics, economy, culture, etc. with hash force. As a result, all the other possible


establishment approaches are cut off.

However, there has been a rising trend in academia, which disputes the conventional theory and encourages to transfer the center of matter to individual perspective, fixes attention on problem solving. One should never intend to do harm to others, but should always guard against the harm others might do to himgoes a saying in China. The dishonesty and fraud in actual life contributed to the crisis of confidence, so people set up guard naturally and unconsciously (Qian Jiarong,2009). Other than those previous papers stressing on the effect of macroeconomic regulation and control, these studies pay more attention to micro-analysis, try to figure out really practical solutions. Macro-analysis may be more intrinsic, but at the same time, they are also more boring and unrealistic.

This brings to the purpose of the current study. Abandoning being an armchair strategist, focus on people around, look out these ”superficial” causes which lead to the changes in trust relationship between them. The primary objective of this paper is to make some order out of the chaos inherent in this complex and difficult trust-personal experience nexus by analyzing critically the existing literature and our own investigation. For this paper, our analysis is limited to the following two main types of crowd: internal students and graduates with 1-3 years out of school. Appropriately, we will add in the data from teaching and administrative staff to make the conclusion more comprehension.

Once the causes have been identified, a cause, impact and solution analysis is carried out. In this manner, we hope first to identify the main causes and the degree of their contributions to the shortage of trust resource and second, according to the causes found out already, take measures respectively. The cause and solution analysis should highlight the main impacts from individuals with true feelings.
