老年人中医养生保健知-信-行的研究现状

【摘 要】人口老龄化是当前世界各国面临的重大社会问题,如何健康老龄化是中国老龄问题的一个重要研究课题.我国传统的养生保健知识对保障老年人的健康有良好的促进作用.本文综述了老年人中医养生保健知-信-行现状及影响因素,对我国国民中医养生保健素养现状进行深入分析,以健康素养和健康结局之间的关联为切入点,建议老年人通过起居养生、运动养生、情志养生、技术养生和食疗养生等方式提高老年人的健康水平,进而提高老年人的生活质量.%Population aging is a major social problem in today's world and healthy aging is one of important research topics in China's aging problems.The traditional Chinese medicine health care in our country can promote the health of the elderly well.The current situation and influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of traditional Chinese medicine health care in the elderly are summarized in this paper and the national traditional Chinese medicine health care status were deeply analyzed.Based on the

relationship between the health literacy and health outcomes,the author advised the elderly people should improve the health level and the quality of the life through the living health care,sports health care,emotional health care,technical heath care and diet heath care. 【总页数】4页(P34-37)
