二、 教师讲解并引导孩子观察握绳的姿势以及要点。 请一个孩子示范跳绳，孩子们观察。

你们看看，握绳子的时候，手和手腕是怎么样的？ 小朋友的眼睛是往哪里看的呀？是往上还是往下？ 还有上半身和下半身怎么样的？ 脚是怎样的状态？ 绳子和脚是怎么样的？ 三、幼儿作画，教师个别指导。
