摘 要

本篇论文主要分析美国作家J.D.塞林格的短篇小说《逮香蕉鱼的最佳日子》进行整体的解读，对小说中反复提到的但是现实生活中并不存在的香蕉鱼进行深入剖析。为了使分析更为全面与透彻，本文中陈述了大量小说中的情节并且列举了贯穿整部小说的主要人物。本文也对这篇小说的作者进行了详细的介绍，以及这部小说的创作背景。

本文共分五个部分，第一部分和第五部分分别为介绍与总结，中间三个部分为本文核心，分别展开在作者，时代背景，小说本身三个层面的分析。本文的结论均来自于对这三方面的结合与本文作者自身的理解。

希望通过本文的研究可以给予部分对这篇小说存在疑惑的读者启发，更是让当今正处在物欲横流的当下年轻人进行反省与深思。

Abstract

This paper presents an analytical study of the short story A Perfect Day for Bananafish which is written by American author J.D.Saligegr. Bananafish was mentioned in this fiction repeatedly. However, the bananafish don’t exist in the world. In order to analyze the allegory of bananafish in the round, a large part was occupied by plots and the major characters. Furthermore, more detailed messages were given in this paper. This paper will be presented in five parts. The first part is the introduction and the last conclusion. The focus of the paper is laid on the three middle parts which respectively analyze Salinger, background, fiction. The conclusion of this paper is drawn from the former analysis and author’s understand. It is hoped that the study can shed light on some readers who can’t understand this story very well, and let the young people who are living in a material world to think and meditate.
