Associate Dormitory Policy
员工宿舍制度
In order to keep the dormitory clean, tidy and create a comfortable living condition to hotel associates, and also show our high professional spirit to Ginwa Group associates at the same time, the dormitory policy is documented as follows: 为了给员工提供一个良好的住宿环境,保证员工的住宿安全和宿舍的整洁,同时也给集团领导及同仁展现酒店员工良好的精神风貌,特制订员工宿舍规定如下:
1. The associate should clock out and change their uniform before they go to the staff dormitory. Please do not check in with slipper especially.
员工下班后,着装整齐,打完考勤出卡即可前往宿舍住宿休息。严禁穿拖鞋或衣冠不整到宿舍登记入住。
2. Check in time is no later than 1:30am every night. If the associates have overtime or other things, please notice our dormitory attendant by your Captain or Supervisor in advance. Dormitory attendant can refuse associate check in if they are not on duty or step in our dormitory after 1:30am.
需要住宿的员工最晚应在1:30回到宿舍。如有加班或其它特殊情况,则需提前经领班或主管向宿舍管理员提出申请,方可入住。1:30以后或非当日倒班员工有住宿需 求的,如无正当理由,宿舍管理员可不予安排。
3. The associate should show their ID card and Staff Dormitory Request Form upon
registration. They should obey the policy hotel made such as change the room or bed without any permission.
员工在入住宿舍前须主动向宿舍管理员出示工作证并进行登记。服从宿舍管理员的 管理,不得擅自更换房间或床铺住宿。
4. In order not to influence others, associates should not speak aloud or make noise in the Dormitory.
不得在宿舍高声喧哗,或打手机与他人长时间聊天,影响他人休息。
5. It is not allowed for the outside people who are not our Hotel staff to stay in the dormitory. The visitor should register upon the dormitory entrance. 不得留宿非酒店员工在宿舍入住,来访者一律登记后方可进入。
6. The associate is not allowed to smoke in the dormitory area (including the room, corridor and so on). Please go outside to smoke if you really need.
禁止在员工宿舍区域内吸烟或使用明火。员工吸烟须在酒店规定的吸烟区进行。 7. All associates have the responsibility to protect the facilities and equipments in the dormitory and should not make any destruction or alteration under associates’ own discretion. All of the notification and posters can’t be put in the dormitory.
员工有责任和义务正确使用和保护宿舍内的一切设施,不得随意更改破坏。不得在房间内张贴各种告示、宣传品、海报等。
8. All associates should take good care of the public property. Using the water and electric carefully. If any associate destroys anything, they should pay for as the price.
员工应爱护宿舍内的一切设施、设备。如有人为损坏,须照价赔偿。
9. Take good care of environment sanitation and save energy. Don’t spit or throw the garbage everywhere.
节约用电,爱护环境卫生,不随地吐痰、乱扔果皮纸屑或垃圾等。
10. The associate is forbidden to take and eat food, fruits, drink all kinds of wines in dormitory.
禁止将任何食物带入宿舍并在宿舍内进食。 11. Don’t make any kinds of gambling or bibulosity.
禁止在宿舍内进行任何形式的赌博、酗酒活动。
12. Associates should keep well their personal belongings in the dormitory. The hotel
will not take responsible for valuable left in dormitory, e.g. jewelry, money etc. and such items should not be left in dormitory. Hotel property, soiled wet towels, food and beverage and contraband goods should not be stored in dormitory.
员工应妥善保管私人物品,不得在宿舍内存放个人贵重物品、酒店物品以及易燃、 易爆等各种违禁物品,否则责任自负。
13. The inspection team consisting of Human Resources and Security department will conduct the unannounced dormitory inspections on a routine basis. 酒店人力资源部和保安部将不定期对员工宿舍进行检查。 14. The above Rules & Regulations will be effective from Oct, 2005. 本规定自二OO五年十月起实施。
