Environmental problems are being more and more serious all over the world. For example, cars have made the air unhealthy for people to breathe and poisonous gas is given off by factories. Trees on the hills have been cut down and waste water is being poured continuously into rivers.Furthermore, wherever we go today, we can find rubbish carelessly disposed. Pollution is, in fact, threatening our existence.

The earth is our home and we have the duty to take care of it for ourselves and for our later generations. Fortunately, more and more people have realized these problems. Measures have been taken to cope with these problems by the government. Laws have been passed to stop pollution. I hope the problem will be solved in the near future and our home will bee better and better.

It’s our duty to protect our environment .No matter where we live ,we should do something to keep our

neighborhood clean and tidy .We can collect waste paper or other waste things for recycling.We should plant more trees and we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers,lakes and fields.We shouldn’t leave rubbish everywhere and spit in public places .We mustn’t pick the flowers or step on the grass in public.If everyone tries his best to protect the environment ,the world will bee much more beautiful and our life will be better and better .
