How to protect the growth of teenagers

During adolescence, a person experiences a variety of physical, psychological, and social changes at home and school. For example, teenagers will be more stressed in various aspects. First, parents should use a democratic style of education. Secondly, schools should strengthen quality education for teenagers instead of blindly pursuing a graduation rate. Teachers can try to be more flexible in assigning study tasks, replacing traditional copying and rote recitation with group discussions and script performances. In this way, the cooperative ability of teenagers can be enhanced and the academic burden can be reduced. What’s more, schools can consider organizing some social practice activities for students to study outside the classroom. For example, conducting fire drills to increase students' safety awareness and conducting anti-drug education. These projects will be conducive to the overall improvement of students' quality and the cultivation of social responsibility.
