【摘 要】Based on the rural English teachers' professional development needs, based on the investigation of the colleges and universities should be in demand, deep foundation education of rural elementary and middle schools, enrich the content of the complete training, the form of a bold innovation training, actively respond to the rural school curriculum reform demands and new challenges in the development of education
