党员退出机制的现状分析及对策探究

【摘 要】自我净化是中国共产党保持先进性与纯洁性的前提和基础，党员退出机制是实现党组织自我净化的有效渠道。当前我国党员退出机制存在着退出标准不够明确、类型划分不够完善、运行程序不够严密等问题。为此提出以下解决对策：首先，明确退出标准，提供可操作性依据；其次，完善各类退出机制，畅通出党渠道；第三，健全预警和善后，规范退出程序。%The self -purification is the premise and foundation of the Chinese Communist Party to maintain the advanced nature and purity.And the exit mechanism of Party members is an effective channel to achieve self -purification of the Party organiza-tion.Currently,the exit mechanism of party members exists following problems.The exit criteria is not clear enough,the type of division is not perfect,and the running of the program is not tight enough.Therefore we put forward the following counter-measures.First,clear exit criteria to provide operational basis.Second,perfect all kinds of exit mechanism to smooth out the party channels.Third,improve the early warning and rehabilitation to standardize the running of exit program. 【总页数】2页(P114-115) 【作 者】赵小晶;孔娜
