Maisy Mouse Episode 1 Farm 农场
Hello, Maisy. (Maisy is carrying a basket with her.梅西正拿着个篮子。) Maisy’s on the farm today. 梅西今天待在农场里。
Where are you going now, Maisy? (Maisy meets a flock of chickens on her way.) (Maisy is going to the henhouse.鸡窝)
(Maisy is collecting/ gathering the eggs. 梅西正在收集鸡蛋。) One egg…two eggs…three eggs… Are there any more? 还有吗？ Oh, what’s that, Maisy? Ah, it’s a kitten. Who’s that? 那是谁呢？
(There are two horses. Maisy feeds the houses with carrots in the stable.马厩) Whoa! Careful, Maisy! (Maisy is riding a house.)
There’s always lots of work to do on a farm.农场里总是有很多事情要去做。 And lots of funny smells, too! 而且也有好多奇怪的味道！
(In the pigpen/ pigsty, Maisy shovels the pig manure into the wheelbarrow to get rid of the bad smells.在猪圈里，为了摆脱怪气味，梅西把猪粪铲进了手推车。) (Maisy climbs up the ladder and picks the apples on the tree. 梅西爬上梯子去摘树上的苹果。)
(知识拓展：in the tree多指外界的事物或人在树上,而非树木自身所长；而on the tree则多指树木自身所有,长在树上的东西。) One apple…two apples…three apples… Oh, hello again! Oh, it’s feeding time for the animals. 动物们的喂饭时间到了。
(First Maisy feeds the geese.)
Now it’s time to go and give the baby lambs their milk. 现在该去喂小羊羔喝奶了。 (Maisy is driving a tractor with the kitten.)
Mmm, I bet that tastes good. 我相信味道一定很好。 Time for bed, everybody. 各位，该上床睡觉啦。 Good night, piglets. 晚安，小猪仔。 Good night, geese. 晚安，鹅。 Good night, lambs. 晚安，小羊羔。 Good night, foal. 晚安，小马驹。
(Maisy covers the foal with a blanket.梅西给小马驹盖上了毯子。) Good night, chickens. 晚安，小鸡。And good night, little chick. Oh, and good night, kitten. 噢，晚安了，小猫咪。 Bye bye, Maisy. 拜拜，梅西。Ssh! 嘘！
（Maisy spent a busy day on the farm! 梅西在农场上度过了忙碌的一天！)
