Warehouse Management Rules

1、Purpose：The rules are made to make sure that the warehouses in Kuwait are well managed ,the areas are fully used and the all the goods are well protected during their loading and storing ,so that we can supply needed goods to our project with good quality and quantity. 2、Scope: warehouses in kuwait. 3、Material warehousing :

3.1Process: To be ready for taking over the goods after receiving the notice of the arrival of goods. Including: (1) ensure enough space for the

goods ;(2)ensure enough manpower;(3) Give advance notice to MEW and

when unloading ,invite MEW to check and conform;(4)check the goods , including : the goods name model quantity and packing. After checking , making records as required. If the goods are damaged during the transportation and unloading or not agree with the list ,timely inform our company to make damage claim. 4、Safekeeping:

4.1 The relevant subcontractor is responsible for the guard of the warehouse . The guard should be designated person and if to be changed , subcontractor should get TBEA’s permit. The guard should check the cable , cable accessory,and the earthing box everyday.If the packing or the goods is damaged ,the guard should timely repair it and inform the site manager of TBEA .
