《企业战略管理》课程学习指南

工商管理本科教育培养的目标是培养两种类型的人才：（1）为培养研究型人才打基础，为更高一级的研究生教育输送人才；（2）为工业企业和服务业输送具有培养潜力的具备较好管理知识和能力的专业人才。

企业战略管理是以研究企业如何建立和发挥竞争优势所采取的一系列长期、重大和根本性行为为研究对象的学科，是工商管理知识体系和工商管理本科专业培养计划中的重要组成部分。根据学校的办学定位和本科培养目标，《企业战略管理》课程教学应该达到：

1、通过课堂和实验教学使学生理解环境、优势和企业战略之间的关系； 2、理解企业战略管理的概念、过程和模型；基本掌握战略思维方式和方法。 在工商管理教育中，《企业战略管理》是工商管理类专业的必修课，通常会被安排在本科教学计划的最后阶段，因此，企业战略管理被认为是“最后和最重要的课程”。这种课程教学安排既是工商管理知识体系内在规律的反映，也是因为这门课程的教学还承担了另外两个特殊的目的：

1、通过企业战略管理的教学，学生们可以对以前所学习的各种管理知识和能力进行整合，初步形成战略意识、整体观念和综合解决问题的能力；

2、通过企业战略管理的教学，学生们可以树立权变的思维方式，并且初步掌握因应环境、对象和任务灵活运用各种管理理论和方法的能力。

基于以上的要求，建议本科学生在学习的时候能做到以下几点：

1、认真学习本课程提供的教材和参考资料，掌握好课堂上所学的知识、理论、方法和工具；

2、积极参加案例讨论和课程研究项目工作，按照案例讨论和课程研究项目所给出的学习指南开展案例讨论和课程研究项目，培养自己发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力；

3、认真阅读老师要求的相关文献，写出深刻的读书笔记；

4、平时要多看一些工商企业的新闻报道和相关研究的资料，并从战略的角度进行理解，锻炼自己将理论知识结合于分析实际问题的能力；

5、运用战略管理课程中学到的相关的工具、方法和思维模式，规划自己的人生道路，安排好自己的行动；

6、尽量多到企业进行实地参观和学习，多向企业人士请教问题，最好是能利用假期时间到企业进行实习。




《Strategic Management of Enterprise》 Course Learning Guide

The target of business management education for undergraduates is to develop two types of talents: (1)Lay a foundation for cultivating research talents and supply talents for higher level of graduate student education. (2) Supply industrial enterprises and services with professional talents who have well potential and management knowledge.

Strategic Management of Enterprise is a discipline that researches enterprises’ long-term, important and prime actions for establishing competitive advantage and making the most of it. The course is an important part of business management education program for undergraduates. According to the school running orientation and undergraduate training target, 《Strategic Management of Enterprise》 course should achieve:

1. Through the classroom and experimental teaching, make the students understand environment, advantages, enterprise strategy and the relationship between the three. 2.Understand the concepts, procedures and models of enterprise strategic management; basically master the way and method of strategic thinking.

In business management education, 《Strategic Management of Enterprise》 is a compulsory course, usually will be arranged in the final phase of undergraduate teaching plan. Therefore, 《Strategic Management of Enterprise》is regarded as the last and most important course. This course teaching arrangement is the reflection of the inherent law of business management knowledge system, and it carries two special purposes:

1. Through the enterprise strategic management teaching, students can integrate the previous knowledge of business management and various skills, initially form the strategic consciousness, the whole idea and comprehensive ability of solving problems

2. Through the enterprise strategic management teaching, students can establish contingency way of thinking, initially master the ability to use all kinds of management theory and methods according to different environment, object and task.

Based on the above requirements, undergraduate students will be advised to do the following while they are learning :

1. Study the textbooks and reference materials of the course hardly, mastering the knowledge, theory, methods and tools taught in class.

2. Take an active part in case discussion and curriculum research work of the project, following the guidelines, developing oneself the ability to find, analyze and solve problems.

3. Carefully read the related literatures that teacher asked, writing deep reading notes. 4. Read some business news reports and related research material at ordinary times, and understand them in strategic angle, exercising the ability to combine theory with practical problems.
