摘 要



本文通过对xx学院小学教育专业200x届本科毕业生的就业意向调查，得出小学教育专业本科毕业生存在就业难问题，及多方面原因。本文结合这一问题的现状，不仅从高校扩招背景下小学教育专业本科毕业生面临的挑战、小学教育专业本科毕业生的在校教育两个方面分析阐述，而且从教育相关部门政策扶持的宏观角度、学校和学生加强自身建设的微观角度，提出解决问题的对策，力图使小学教育专业本科毕业生能够强化自身就业危机意识，并将之付诸于实际行动，最终在步入社会时，适应就业的新形势，为自己的可持续发展奠定基础。

Abstract



Based on the ------ session of primary education graduates professional employment intentions survey of primary education to draw the existence of professional graduates employment issues, and many reasons. This article unifies this question the present situation, not only the challenge which, the primary education specialized undergraduate course graduate the primary education specialized undergraduate course graduate faces from the university increased enrollment background in the school educates two aspects to analyze the elaboration, moreover from the education related department policy support's macroscopic angle, the school and the student strengthens the self building the microscopic angle, proposed that solves the question countermeasure, tries hard to enable the primary education specialized undergraduate course graduate to strengthen own employment crisis to realize, and putting to the practical action, finally when will march into the society, the adaptation employment's new situation, for own sustainable development lays the foundation.
