【摘 要】Objective To explore the effect of postoperative complications on sexual function and negative emotions of parturient. Methods 75 cases of parturient with postoperative complications were selected as the observation group. At the same time 45 cases of parturient without postoperative complications were selected as the control group. The WHOQOL-BREF scale was used to assess the life quality of parturient 6 months after operation and the sexual life frequency, sexual dysfunction and QOL scores were compared between the two groups at 3, 6 and 9 months after operation. Results The scores of environment, social relationship, psychological and physiological scores were compared between the two groups 6 months after operation with P<0.005. The frequency of sexual life was compared between two groups at 3months and 9 months after operation, P<0.05. The comparison in the observation at at 3 months and 9 months after operation was P<0.05. The comparison of two groups at 9 months after operation was P>0.05. Conclusion The complications of cesarean section can affect the postpartum quality of life, reduce the frequency of sexual life and increase the incidence of sexual dysfunction.%目的 研究剖宫产术后并发症对产妇性功能及生存质量的影响.方法
选取剖宫产手术并发症产妇75例为观察组, 另选取同期收治的45例无并发症剖宫产产妇作为对照组.采用生存质量测定量表 (WHOQOL-BREF) 来评价产妇产后6个月的生活质量, 并对比两组产妇产后3、6、9个月的性生活频率、性功能障碍及生存质量评分.结果 两组产妇产后6个月生存质量测定量表评分比较, P<0.005.两组产妇产后3个月、6个月性功能障碍评分比较, P均<0.05;产后9个月性功能障碍评分比较, P>0.05.两组产妇产后3个月、6个月性生活频率比较, P均<0.05;产后9个月性生活频率比较, P>0.05.结论 剖宫产手术并发症可影响产妇产后生活质量, 降低性生活频率, 使性功能障碍发生率升高. 【总页数】3页(P46-47,57) 【作 者】陈井丽
