【摘 要】在网络教育中，充满人性化、个性化的在线辅导是衡量远程教育教学质量高低的重要因素。笔者分析了在线辅导的内涵，指出了目前远程开放教育在线辅导存在教师任务繁重，学员对在线学习的认识不足，课程资源缺乏个性化和教学缺乏制约性，辅导教师对学生缺乏全程监控等问题，并在学校教学管理、教师教学设计等方面提出了改进建议。%In network education, full of humanity,
