First because XX is extremely hardworking
It is pretty common for XX to work extra hours and never complain about it.
Believe it or not, XX never sleeps before 2p.m. in the morning. No wonder XX always gets praised and awarded, simply because he works more efficiently and makes increasing profits to the corporate.
Also, sb is pretty helpful to my daily life.
XX always guides me the way to solve my tough situation. For example, last year I was totally sick in bed with a terrible flu, XX was the only person who stepped up to take a good care of me, and soon I recovered which I truly appreciated it.
Also, sb often helps me academically. Whenever I suffer problems with my study.
Fortunately, he stretches his hand out and pulls me up. Like last semester, I was totally trapped by my terrible math, and I got a c- which was fully unacceptable to my teacher and my parents. Then he gave me the instruction on how to deal with that in time. Amazingly I got a straight A at last.
First because XX is extremely hardworking. XX has devoted the whole life to his career.

Because, XX donated a great amount of money to the charities.
Like, last year, XX donated about 1.5million dollar to the Red Cross, which enabled the poor kids in Africa to have sufficient food and receive further education constantly in the near future.
The most impressive city to me is XXX.
Firstly, when I arrived at XXX for the very first time, I was totally shocked by the convenient and comfortable circumstances.
For example, the Metro nets are unbelievably widespread which reaches every corner of the city. It means you can get anywhere you want by riding this.
