How的疑问句辨析

1、 how many

对 there be 句型中主语的数量提问时 , 如果主语是可数名词 , 不管主语是单数还 是复数一般都用复数形式提问。即用 How many+可数名词复数

+are there+ 地点 / 时间状语 的句型结构

如 : There is a pen on the desk. （ 用 how many改为特殊疑问句 ）

2、 how much

（1）用来询问事物的 数量，后 接不可数名词 例如： How much water is there in the cup? 杯里有多少水？ （ 2）用来询问事物的 重量

例如：－ How much does the pig weigh? 这头猪多重？

（ 3） how much 意为“多少钱”时，用来询问某物的 价钱、价格 。 例如：－ How much is the book? 这本书多少钱？

3、 how long

（ 1）表示多长时间，主要用来对 一段时间 提问 如： A：How long did he live here? 他在这儿住了多久 ?

B ：About two years. 大约两年。

（ 2）表示某东西有多长，对 长度 提问。 如： A：How long is the ruler? 这根尺子有多长？

B ：About 20 cm. 大约 20厘米。

4、 how soon

指再过多久，主要对表示 将来的一段时间 （ 如 in an hour, in two weeks ）
