补肾益气中药在缓解期肺心病中的应用效果

【摘 要】目的：探讨缓解期肺心病中应用补肾益气中药的治疗效果。方法2013年1月～2015年3月间在我院接受治疗的缓解期肺心病患者76例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（38例，行常规治疗）和观察组（38例，加用补肾益气中药），比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后两组肺功能指标较治疗前均有改善，观察组改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为89.47%（34/38）比对照组71.05%（27/38）高。结论缓解期肺心病治疗中辅助应用补肾益气中药可有效改善患者肺功能，提高治疗效果，临床应用价值显

著。%Objective To explore the application of traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate kidney qi period of chronic pulmonary heart disease
treatment. Methods 76 cases of patients with cor pulmonale remission in January 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group (38 cases, received routine treatment) and observation group (38 cases, treated with tonify Qi of the kidney Chinese Medicine), treatment effects were compared between the two groups.
