PEP小学英语年级下册 Unit4 Read and write教学设计 教材内容分析:本单元为六年级下册第四单元,按照教材设计意图和年级段阅读教学建议,本课主要要求学生能够理解这篇小短文,成读后活动。并能在正确朗读、回答问题的基础上培养学生的阅读能力和仿写能力。

学情分析:本课教学对象为六年级学生,他们已具有初步的英语短文阅读体验,但还没有形成明确的阅读策略意识。为使学生逐渐掌握阅技巧提升英语水平。我探索着在阅读教学中拓展训练学生的阅读、写作以及表达的技能。

整体设计思路:本课着重体现了“小梯度,多台阶,多反复,层层突破”的小学英语教学思想,遵循“呈现——实践——迁移”的英语学规律,让学生经历“整体呈现走进语篇——局部处理文本细节——再次回归语篇——走出语篇,运用语言做事”的学习过程,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,培养学生的观察能力、思维能力和创新能力,采用任务型教学和小组合作学习的方式,充分体现“教师为主导,学生为主体”的课堂风貌。

课题:Unit 4 Then and now B Read and write 课型:新授课 课时安排:一节课 教学目标】

1、能听、说、认读单词:race, nothing, thought, felt, cheetah, trip, woke, dream

2、能听懂、会说句子:There were many animals in that race. But suddenly he tripped and fell.

3、能听懂,读懂小短文,并能完成相应的练习。 教学重点】 1.词汇与短语:had a race, ran very fast, nothing, thought, said, give, felt,


cheetah, tripped, fell, woke up.

2.能够按照正确的语音、语调和语气朗读文本。

3.能够根据要求,针对课文完成读后的阅读理解检测及书写任务。 教学难点】

掌握并熟练使用文中出现的重点句型。提高英语思维和英语会话能力。 教学过程】

Step 1:warm-up & Revision 1.Greeting.师生互相问候。

2.Play Bomb game: review the words.(复习之前所学过的单词) Step 2: Lead in (导入新课)

TThere is a sports meeting in the zoo .Look! There are many animals in the race. Can you guess what animal can run very fast?在课件上出示动物们比赛的图片。追问:Who is winner? Ss: 猎豹

T: Yes, Its cheetah.(教授新词cheetah) Step 3: Presentation

1)课件呈现吴一凡在床上睡觉的图片,引出做梦的情境。

2)课件出示课本三幅插图,请学生猜猜吴一凡在梦里梦到了什么?

引出主题:Wu Yifan had a dream about the race.(教授新词 dream ,并操练句型 I had a dream about the _____ .) 3.While-reading

(1).Read the text by yourselfNumber the pictures.(看图片,按照课文内容给图片正确排序。

(2).要求学生再仔细阅读文章,然后回答问题:

1.Why was Wu Yifan worried?

2.What happened when Robin gave him some water? 3. Did Wu Yifan win the race? Why? 4.Why did he wake up ?

3Listen, repeat and read.(听录音,看课文,一边跟读,初步感知课文内容。

4Read and analyze the text.(师生共同赏读文章,学生可以在这个环节提出疑惑,全班同学一起解决问题,教师进行补充。
