PEP小学英语六年级下册 Unit4 Read and write教学设计 教材内容分析：本单元为六年级下册第四单元，按照教材设计意图和高年级段阅读教学建议，本课主要要求学生能够理解这篇小短文，完成读后活动。并能在正确朗读、回答问题的基础上培养学生的阅读能力和仿写能力。

学情分析：本课教学对象为六年级学生，他们已具有初步的英语短文阅读体验，但还没有形成明确的阅读策略意识。为使学生逐渐掌握阅读技巧，提升英语水平。我探索着在阅读教学中拓展训练学生的阅读、写作以及表达的技能。

整体设计思路：本课着重体现了“小梯度，多台阶，多反复，层层突破”的小学英语教学思想，遵循“呈现——实践——迁移”的英语教学规律，让学生经历“整体呈现走进语篇——局部处理文本细节——再次回归语篇——走出语篇，运用语言做事”的学习过程，激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生的观察能力、思维能力和创新能力，采用任务型教学和小组合作学习的方式，充分体现“教师为主导，学生为主体”的课堂风貌。

课题：Unit 4 Then and now B Read and write 课型：新授课 课时安排：一节课 【教学目标】

1、能听、说、认读单词：race, nothing, thought, felt, cheetah, trip, woke, dream

2、能听懂、会说句子：There were many animals in that race. But suddenly he tripped and fell.

3、能听懂，读懂小短文，并能完成相应的练习。 【教学重点】 1.词汇与短语:had a race, ran very fast, nothing, thought, said, give, felt,


cheetah, tripped, fell, woke up.

2.能够按照正确的语音、语调和语气朗读文本。

3.能够根据要求，针对课文完成读后的阅读理解检测及书写任务。 【教学难点】

掌握并熟练使用文中出现的重点句型。提高英语思维和英语会话能力。 【教学过程】

Step 1:warm-up & Revision 1.Greeting.师生互相问候。

2.Play Bomb game: review the words.（复习之前所学过的单词） Step 2: Lead in (导入新课)

T：There is a sports meeting in the zoo .Look! There are many animals in the race. Can you guess what animal can run very fast?在课件上出示动物们比赛的图片。追问：Who is winner? Ss: 猎豹

T: Yes, It’s cheetah.(教授新词cheetah) Step 3: Presentation

1.What makes you feel worried? 2.Pre-reading Look and say

（1）课件呈现吴一凡在床上睡觉的图片，引出做梦的情境。

（2）课件出示课本三幅插图，请学生猜猜吴一凡在梦里梦到了什么？

引出主题：Wu Yifan had a dream about the race.(教授新词 dream ,并操练句型 I had a dream about the _____ .) 3.While-reading

(1).Read the text by yourself，Number the pictures.（看图片，按照课文内容给图片正确排序。）

(2).要求学生再仔细阅读文章，然后回答问题：

1.Why was Wu Yifan worried?

2.What happened when Robin gave him some water? 3. Did Wu Yifan win the race? Why? 4.Why did he wake up ?

（3）Listen, repeat and read.（听录音，看课文，一边跟读，初步感知课文内容。）

（4）Read and analyze the text.（师生共同赏读文章，学生可以在这个环节提出疑惑，全班同学一起解决问题，教师进行补充。）
