Part B Read and write 教学目标：

1.能够正确听说，朗读Some kids go to school by sled. You must…Don’t…等句型。

2.能够正确听说，认读单词及短语，如went，sled，ferry等。 3.能够用带有must…Don’t的句子给朋友写建议。 教学重难点：

1. 能够听懂，读懂Read and write 部分的短文，并能够根据短文内容完成相应的练习。

2. 让学生了解不同国家的文化差异和出行方式。 3. 培养学生良好的阅读习惯，掌握正确的阅读方法。 教学准备：

点读机, 电子课本, 课件等 课 时：1课时 教学过程： Step1 Warming-up 1.Greetings

2.Let’s sing “How do you go to school？ 3.Revision

T：Look at these students.

How many ways can you think of to go to school? Talk with your partner. Revise the phrases:

on foot by bus by taxi by subway by bike by ship by train


Step2 Before reading

1.Different countries have different ways to go to school. Let me tell you some other ways

呈现：by sled by ferry

2.出示图片Alaska, USA, 呈现句子：In Alaska, USA, it snows a lot. Some kids go to school by sled. It’s fast .

3.出示图片Jiangxi, China，呈现句子：Some children in Jiangxi, China，go to school by ferry every day.

4.出示图片Papa Westray, Scotland, 呈现句子：In Papa Westray, Scotland, the children go to school by ferry, too. But in 2009,they went to school by plane because the ferry didn’t work.
