Abstract

Finance Companies of Enterprises Groups is the product of the economic system and financial system reform in our country, to establish finance companies is one of the supporting policies when our country implementing the strategy of Big enterprises and Big group in 1980s. Through 20 years development, finance companies have become the important component part of the China’s financial system which takes hold in the enterprises groups and are offering service for them; they play a role as a driving force to the development of our country’s enterprises groups. However, currently, along with the deepening of our country’s market economy development, the acceleration of the enterprises groups tempo and their internationalization, the financial companies have to meet the needs of incessantly expanding demands on the financial services of the enterprises groups, under these conditions, the main restrained factors and issues of the financial companies themselves are more and more clear. Therefore, accompany with the economic globalization and after China entering into WTO, we have to face to the thriving competitions from International big groups and overseas banking institutions, strengthen the study on the Finance Companies of Enterprises Groups which as the intermediate between enterprises and fiancé, will play a realistic and profound significance not only to the development of our country’s big


enterprises groups, but also construction of our country’s modern financial system.

On the basis of referring to sufficient references, the research findings of the professionals, the thesis discourse the development of the Finance Companies of Enterprises Groups from the following respects: First, identify the meaning of the Financial Company, discourse the procedure of coming into being and development of our country’s Finance Companies of Enterprises Groups; Secondly, after the analysis on the environments we are facing to the comprehensive operation status of our country’s Finance Companies of Enterprises Groups, to propose the issues during their development, summarize the factors which restrict the development of the Finance Companies of Enterprises Groups; then, put forward the strategy and suggestion on how to perfect the development of our country’s Finance Companies of Enterprises Groups; finally, tale Tianjin Port Financial company as the analysis of cases, explain the difficulties and challenges they are encounter, also give some ideas on the future development.

摘要



企业集团财务公司是我国经济体制改革和金融体制改革的产物，设立财务公司是二十世纪八十年代国家实施“大企业、大集团”战略的配套政策之一。经过二十多年的发展，财务公司已经成为我国金融体系的重要组成部分，它立足于企业集团，服务于企业集团，对我国企业集团的发展壮大起了一定的推动作用。但在当前，随着我国市场经济的深入发展，以及我国企业集团发展速度和国际化步伐的加快，企业集团对财务公司金融服务的需求不断扩大，财务公司自身发展的缺陷和问题逐渐显现出来。因此，在面对经济全球化背景和中国加入WTO后国际大企业和外资金融机构来势凶猛的竞争势头，加强对企业集团财务公司这个企业和金融的中间层面的研究，无论对于我国大型企业集团的成长发展，还是对于我国现代金融体系的构建都具有现实且深远的意义。

本文通过查阅大量的资料和借鉴、吸收专业人士研究成果的基础上，从以下几个方面来论述企业集团财务公司的发展：本文首先明确财务公司的涵义，论述了我国企业集团财务公司的产生和发展历程；其次通过对我国企业集团财务公司面临的环境分析和经营状况综合分析，提出了其发展中存在的问题，分析总结了影响企业集团财务公司发展的因素；然后在此基础上提出完善我国企业集团财务公司发展的策略与建议；最后以天津港财务有限公司为案例分析了其目前发展中面对的困难与挑战，并就未来的发展提出了设想。
