教学内容与分析】

1教学内容CStory time 2教学目标: 1能够通过阅读趣味故事,复习巩固本单元所学语言:How tall are you?How heavy are you?的问答及比较级的用法,增加学生语言输入。

2)能够理解故事内容;能够朗读故事;能够表演故事;能够恰当运用故事中的语言。(根据学生情况而定) 3、重难点分析:

重点:能够理解故事内容,复习巩固本单元所学语言。 难点:能够在实际生活中灵活运用比较级。 【课前准备】

Step1. Pre-reading(第一步,热身导入)

流程呈现:

1Free talk(口语交流)

T: I like basketball best. Which sport do you like best? (老师:我最喜欢篮球,你们最喜欢哪一个体育项目呢) S: Basketball. / Football. / (学生:篮球、足球……)

T: Who is your favorite football player? (老师:谁是你们最喜欢的足球运动员呢?) S: .

(2) Discuss(讨论)

T: In China, Wang Dalei is a good goalkeeper. Lets discuss in 4-S group, how is a good goalkeeper?

(老师:在中国,王大雷是一位出色的守门员,让我们四人小组讨论下,怎样才是一位出色的守门员?)

S: He should be tall. / He should be strong. / He should be very active. (学生:他应该是高大的。他应该是强壮的。他应该是有活力的。……)



Step2.While-reading (第二步,阅读正当时)

(1) Skimming (略读)

T: Now, we are going to read a story. Zoom and Zip want a goalkeeper. So, skim and answer: who can be the goalkeeper at last? (2) (老师:现在我们要读一个关于Zoom Zip想要一个守门员的故事。先,同学们两分钟略读,并回答最后谁成为了守门员?)

S: Hippo. (学生:河马) (2) Scanning(精读)

a. Read and find (精读和寻找)

T: Yes, you are smart. Hippo can be the goalkeeper. And then we read it again carefully, and answer the following questions. (问题见附件二) (老师:同学们很聪明,的确是河马成为了守门员。接着,我们仔细查读,得以下四个问题的相关信息)计时6

b. Lets check answer.(分享见解)

S1: A. Mr. Deer is 180cm. Mr. Zebra is 10 centimeters taller than Mr. Deer.

(学生1:选A。因为梅花鹿先生18,斑马先生比它高10厘米。

S2: C. Zip says, your neck is too longthe others cant reach him. (学生:选C。文中Zip说,你的脖子太长, 别的小伙伴不能reach him ……

S4: B. Hes almost bigger than the goal. (学生:选B. 文中说河马几乎比球门还要大)

T: Yes, so Hippo is an excellent goalkeeper, a good goalkeeper. (老师:所以,河马是名出色的守门员,是位优秀的守门员。 (3) Study reading(研读)

a. Use own words to say about the story. Discuss in 4-S groups. (3) (用自己的话来描述这个故事,小组讨论三分钟时间。

1)跟读课本p11的录音,注意模仿。

2)课后以小组为单位排演故事,准备下节课展示成果。
