本次评价是在对项目所在地环境、经济、等因素调查的基础上，通过对项目工艺的分析，针对项目选址合理性、废水处理、污泥处理、噪声处理及沼气发电等方面，以相关法律法规为依据进行了评价，充分论证了项目建设在环评方面的可行性，并为项目建设提供了建议。
