中文摘要

当今的社会已经进入了一个信息化的社会,没有信息的传递和交流,人们就无法适应现代化的快节奏的生活和工作｡人们期望随时随地､及时可靠､不受时空限制地进行信息交流,提高工作的效率和经济效益｡这些需求推动移动通信技术的发展,从第一代模拟移动通信系统的产生,蜂窝移动通信已经经历了很长的发展历程,无线网络规划与优化也伴随着移动天线技术的发展从无到有,从简单到复杂,网络规划是无线移动通信工程建设和运行的重要环节｡

网络规划是建设一个网络的基础,良好的网络规划能满足用户的需求和节省投资,网络规划是决定网络质量的最根本因素｡规划工作内容主要包括:基站布局､信道分配､小区数据规划｡其重点在于对网络建设提供一个完整的设计对网络建设提供一个完整的设计｡网络规划的关键在于准确进行覆盖预测､基站布局对网络覆盖和容量的综合影响､理想站址与实际工程的差别以及网络发展的长期性和整体性规划｡

本文首先介绍了移动通信的产生､发展现状和发展目标､3G的需求,GSM的原理､主要技术和组成,以及网络规划的流程､网络规划的依据和网络规划工具的使用｡其次,通过福州GSM扩容工程网络规划设计这个项目学会网络规划的分析思路和网络规划的流程,同时掌握站址选择和基站勘测､覆盖规划､功率预算和上下行平衡､干扰分析等网络规划相关专题内容,以及对网络存在问题的优化方法等内容｡

Abstract

Contemporary society has entered information society , no communication and information exchange, it can not adapt to the fast pace of modern life and work.People expected at timely and reliable manner without time limit for the exchange of infor-mation, in order to improve work efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the de-mand-driven. Mobile communications technology, from the first generation analogue mobile communications systems have, cellular mobile communications has under-gone a long development process, wireless network planning and optimization of mo-bile antennas also accompanied by the development of technology from scratch and from simple to complex, network planning is wireless mobile communication con-struction and operation of this important link.

Network planning is to build a network foundation, a good network planning to meet user needs and savings investments, network planning decisions network quality is the most fundamental element｡ planning mainly include : BTS position 、distribution channels ､Cell data planning. Estate planning with an emphasis on data networks to provide a complete building design to provide a complete network build-ing design｡ network planning is the key to accurate forecasting ､ stations covering the layout of network coverage and capacity of the combined effects, ideal site with the actual project and the difference in the long-term and holistic development of network planning.

This article first introduced mobile communications have ､ the current devel-opment and development goals ､ 3G demand 、GSM principles ､ major technical and composition, as well as network planning processes ､ network planning and network based on the use of planning tools.
