1.0 目的 Purpose
为确保公司进行有秩序的经营管理而制定

4.1 出勤: 以考勤表为准,由人力资源部登记。

工作时间: 6天工作制,上班时间为:周一到周五10:00-18:30;周六10:00-16:00

上下班必须按时打卡。如果忘记打卡,将被处以每次100卢比的罚款,并且向部门主管说明原因。如果没有及时处理,将会被视为迟到或早退。

迟到、早退和旷工的奖惩制度:
Late arrival, early leave and absent
4·1.1. 迟到: 每月迟到不超过3次、累计时间不超过90分钟者,不计迟到次数,需要在当天补回迟到时间。

每月迟到超过三次,小于五次,或者总时间超过90分钟小于150分钟者,不计迟到次数,需在当天双倍补回迟到时间。

连续三月迟到超过5次,或总时长超过150分钟,公司将予以辞退。单月迟到超过10次,或总时长超过300分钟,同样将被辞退。
