How to run an effective meeting?

When running a meeting, the first thing to consider is the preparation of a meeting. It’s a guarantee of a successful meeting. Each meeting should have a clear expectative target. It’s important to be clear about that the meeting is for the sake of information communication, problem solving or making a decision. Also, the meeting agenda and relevant handouts needed to be sent to each attendee in advance so that they can prepare ahead of time.
