【摘 要】对广西4所高职院校学生党建工作的问卷调查结果显示,学生党建工作仍需进一步创新工作方式方法。目标管理是一种以绩效为价值导向的科学管理模式,对促进学生党员管理工作具有重要意义。应从目标建立、目标实施与目标评价三个环节构建和实施高职院校学生党建工作的目标管理,开创高职院校学生党建工作新思路、新途径。%The results from questionnaire on students＇ Party construction work in four vocational colleges in Guangxi show that students＇ Party construction work needs to be innovated in terms of working approaches.Management by objectives is a scientific management with performance as value-orientation,which is of great significance for promoting students Party members management work.Management by objectives for students＇ Party construction work should be constructed and implemented in three links： objectives establishment,objectives implementation and objectives assessment with a view to initiating new thoughts and approaches for students＇ Party construction work in vocational colleges. 【总页数】3页(P79-81) 【作 者】罗辉
