课题《Where are you going?》为五年级内容,应遵循二级目标的要求,具体要求如下:

二级目标:对继续学习英语有兴级。能用简单的英语互致问候,变换有关个人、家庭和朋友的简单信息并能就日常生活话题作简短叙述。能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂并讲述简单的故事,能在教师的帮助二级下表演小故事或小短剧,演唱简单的英语歌曲和歌谣。能根据图片、词语或斜句的提示,写出简短的描述。在学习中乐于参与、积极合作、主动请教,初步形成对英语的感知能力和良好的学习习惯。乐于了解外国文化和习俗。 二级语言技能标准: 级别

1.能借助图片、图像、手势听懂简单的话语或录音材料。 2.能听懂课堂活动中简单的提问。

3.能听懂常用指令和要求并做出适当的反应。 1.能在口头表达中做到发音清楚,语调基本达意。 2.能就所熟悉的个人和家庭情况进行简短对话。

3.能就日常生活话题作简短叙述。 1. 能认读所学词语。

2.能根据拼读的规律,读出简单的单词。

3.能正确朗读所学故事或短文。

1.能正确地使用大小写字母和常用的标点符号。

Unit 1 Where are you going?



Part 1 Analysis of the teaching material

This lessonis from Module10 Unit 1 of New Standard English, the second term of Grade 5.The function of this lesson is talking and asking about trip. So its helpful to arouse learning interests of the students and it will be also helpful to improve their oral English.

Part 2 Analysis of the students

Our students are in grade 5,so its not difficult for them to read the article.So I think the most important thing for me to do is to attract their interests and make them love English and feel confident in this subject.



一、Teaching Goals

1.Ability: Preparing for a trip.

2. T: the Saturday is coming ,so Where are you going to go Ion your weekend? When are you

going ? What are you going to take? What are you going to do there? Who is going to go with you ? (生逐- -回答后,总结):I think you had a lovely time, Yes?由此活动引出Where,When, What, Who?等特殊疑问词,并带领同学们复习-般将来时的用法。

4 Listen again and answer some questions: Where is Daming going to go ? What is Daming going to take ? When is Daming going to go to the airport? Who' s going to go to the airport?


设计意图:通过简单日常对话拉近师生间的距离,为学生创设轻松的学习围。

Step 2. presentation 1. learn the text

T:Today,well study a passage about Daming and his grandma.

(依次出示图片视频,整体感知课文。在学习的过程中使用多种朗读方法,比如跟读、齐读、分组读、依次读等,帮助学生巩固记忆单词。 2. 练习、巩固新单词 Game1:Whats missing? Game2:Where is it? Step 3.

1.T: Tomorrow Daming is going to New York. Now he is talking to his grandma on the phone. Listen to the tape .

设计意图:通过听一遍录音让学生先整体感知课文,再分段学习 2.Listen to the first recording, answer the question How does Daming feel? (He feels nervous.)

3.Listen to the second recording, answer the questions Where is Daming going? (Hes going to the airport.)

What is Daming going to take? (Hes going to take clothes,shoes,presents,the ticket

and his passport.)

4.Listen to the third recording, answer the question

When is Daming going to the airport? (At seven oclock tomorrow morning.) 5.Listen to the last recording, answer the question

Whos going to the airport with Daming? (His mum.) 6.Read the dialogue

Read together after the recording.

Look at the books,read the dialogue together. 七、Blackboard:
