1. Get students ready for class:

2. Lesson 109:

1) Listen to the tape; repeat after the tape; follow LT. Then correct pronunciation(if

necessary); elicit key words.

2) (Write on WB) follow me; phonetics & words. 3) Read the text together once again; B-G. 4) Questions about text:

(1) Is Charlotte going to make coffee or tea?

(2) What does Jane think about that? How much milk does Jane want? (3) Does Jane want any sugar? Would Jane like some more coffee? (4) What else would she like? Where does Jane look for cigarettes? (5) Are there any? What is Charlottes advice? 5) Ask questions:

(1) Jane wants some milk in her coffee. (how much) (2) She wants two teaspoonfuls of sugar. (how many) (3) She would like some more. (why)

(4) There are some cigarettes in that box. (how many) (5) She will have a biscuit instead. (what) 6) Complete sentences:
