【摘 要】College students are the successors to the cause of socialism, but also is one of the backbone of the party members among college students, improve the system of college students' party construction, improve the cultivation model party members among college students has become the current university party priority. Based on this background, this paper expounds the significance of teachers and students’ party branch building, at present our grass-roots party construction work to carry out the situation and the effect and harvest, explore the countermeasures how to strengthen the grass-roots party construction in colleges and

universities.%大学生是祖国社会主义事业的接班人，大学生党员更是这个队伍中的中坚力量，健全大学生党建制度，完善大学生党员培养模式已经成为当前高校党务工作的重中之重。文章基于这一背景，阐述了师生党支部共建的重要意义，目前我院基层党建工作开展情况以及取得的效果和收获，探讨如何加强高校基层党建的对策。
