赁合同范本

出租方（甲方）：xxx 身份证号：xxxxxxxxx

承租方（乙方）：xxx 身份证号：xxxxxxxxx

甲、乙双方经充分协商，现将甲方位于xxxxxxxxx私家车位租给乙方作为车辆（车牌号：xxxxx）停放使用，并签订如下车位租赁合同条款，甲、乙双方共同遵守和执行。

四、甲方责任及义务：

1、在租赁期间，如甲方需提前收回乙方使用的车位使用权，则甲方返还当年租金；如乙方提前退还车位，剩余费用不返还。

2、在租赁期间，如自然损坏产生的场地维修及检修费用由甲方支付，如人为损坏（包括乙方）场地维修所产生的费用由行为人负责支付。

3、甲方所出租的场地，仅供乙方作停泊车辆使用，不作任何保管；如乙方所停泊的车辆有任何损失或被人为损坏的，一切后果由乙方自负。

五、乙方责任及义务：

1、乙方在租赁期内必须按合同条款的规定按时缴付车位租金；如乙方拖欠租金达一周，即被视为是自行解除本合同行为，甲方有权将该车位收回，并保留向乙方追收拖欠费用和违约金的权利。（如因特殊情况未能如期签订续租合同，必须提前以书面通知或电话通知的方式征得甲方同意，在双方签订续租合同时连同拖欠的费用一并付清）。

2、在租赁期内，如乙方需要提前退租车位的，乙方必须提前一个月通知甲方并解除本合同。

3、乙方必须将车辆按车位及物管要求停泊好并做好防盗措施，如发生任何车辆遗失或损坏的一切损失由乙方自负,如因乙方原因给甲方造成的损失，由乙方负责。

六、本合同以双方签约之日起生效，如今后有补充作补充协议处理，与此合同具同等效力。
