【摘 要】The coal mine safety training institutions carry out the

qualification training or specialized training for mine managerial personnel and the persons engaged in special jobs in order to improve their professional technology level and safety management ability. On May 15, 2013, the state council issued No. 19 document [ 2013 ] about “Notice of Canceling and Transferring a Number of Administrative Examination and Approval Items to the Lower Level”, which clearly canceled the

examination and approval right of the State Administration of Work Safety to the qualification approval of the safety training institutions, as a result of this event, the training institutions will face with new situations and new problems arising from the major policy change. This paper analyzed the future development tendency of the safety training institutions and put forward relevant countermeasures according to the current status of the coal mine safety training institutions in Chongqing.%煤矿安全培训机构对煤矿管理人员和特殊工种人员进行资质培训或专项培训，提升了从业人员专业技术水平与安全管理能力。2013年5月15日，国务院[2013]19号文件《关于取消和下放一批行政审批项目等事项的通知》，明确取消国家安全生产监督管理总局对安全培训机构的资格认可审批权，安全培训机构由此面临着重大政策改变带来的新情况
